  • Security Screening Policy
    All guests will be subject to security screening. Security staff will wand all guests and check all bags at the security checkpoint/entrance. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the security screening will be denied entrance.
  • Age Restrictions
    Patrons must be 21 and over to attend Rhythm & Brews.
  • Dietary Restrictions
    No outside food or beverages are permitted.If you have dietary restrictions that require a special snack or beverages to be brought into the Festival, you may do so. Please inform the security checkpoint staff.
  • What about the Weather?
    In the event of severe weather conditions such as thunder & lightning, etc. that occur during events, announcements will be made from the stage concerning the status of the event due to weather conditions. Information will be posted on Social Media platforms and SMS text messaging. We ask all patrons to remain calm and listen for any announcements. We highly encourage that ticket purchasers OPT IN for text messaging for real-time updates. This event is a rain-or-shine event. Venue policy is no refunds or exchanges for inclement weather rain, event delay and/or evacuation. Raincoats, rainboots, and ponchos are allowed.
  • COVID 19 Protocols and What to Expect
    Masks are not required outdoors.

    No refunds or exchanges allowed. This is a rain or shine event.
  • Onsite Parking
    Onsite parking is complimentary with limited space. CARPOOLING IS ENCOURAGED AND APPRECIATED. If you choose to park onsite, print your ticket(s) AND your parking pass. To expedite quick entry, your parking pass should be displayed on your dashboard. You can also show your parking pass on your phone. If you arrive at the event without a parking pass, you will be detained until your purchase is verified.

    Rhythm & Brews is a smoke free event. This includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers
  • ADA
    ADA parking is available for those with a ADA dashboard/tag parking permit. The venue is accessible and there will be special viewing areas for those with mobility limitations. The festival is held outdoors and there will be natural terrain to travel over. Accessible restrooms will be available. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance to the ADA title II and III Law are permitted. No emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals are allowed.   • Code of Conduct
    Rhythm & Brews Festival is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and fun experience for every one of our patrons. These actions can get you removed from Rhythm & Brews: Irresponsible or unsafe use of alcohol. Accessing restricted areas without proper credentials. Taunting, abusive, offensive, and profane language. Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs. Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone. Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property. Fraudulently claiming a disability or abusing ADA services. Any individual who violates this Code of Conduct may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the festival grounds and have their Festival ticket and parking privileges revoked, without refund. Law enforcement may be notified.
  • First Aid and Emergencies
    In the event of an emergency, event staff, event security and police officers are available to assist all guests. Emergency First Responders will be on hand to assist any guests needing medical attention.
  • What is the event schedule?
    The gates open at 5 PM. Shuttle departure times are noted on your purchased transportation ticket. Event Schedule: 5:00 - 7:00 PM Complimentary craft beer and wine tasting for General Admission and VIP ticket holders. 7:00 – 9:55 PM Concert* *Food and beverages are available for purchase during the event for General Admission. Credit card or Reynold's member number only, no cash. *Unlimited access to Food Trucks and an open bar included in the price of a VIP ticket.
  • What is the difference between VIP and General Admission? What do I get?
    $150 General Admission(GA) A GA ticket includes admission to the Craft Beer and Wine Tasting(5-7 PM), the Concert, and complimentary onsite parking. CARPOOLING IS ENCOURAGED. GA seating is first come/first serve and chairs and blankets are allowed. Food and beverages are available for purchase after the beer and wine tasting is over. There is a $60 charge for round-trip shuttle service from various locations. $350 VIP VIP Includes the Craft Beer and Wine Tasting(5-7 PM) plus access to exclusive VIP amenities. Enjoy the evening from the large VIP Hospitality Tent or in a chair for excellent concert viewing close to the stage. There are complimentary Food Truck offerings all night, hosted open bars, and dedicated restroom trailers in the VIP area, alongside limited soft seating. Complimentary VIP Parking, no ticketing fees, and complimentary shuttle service from various locations are included in the cost of the VIP ticket.
  • When will I receive my ticket and parking pass?
    ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A TICKET. YOU CANNOT GET ON THE SHUTTLE OR GAIN ENTRANCE INTO THE EVENT WITHOUT YOUR TICKET. *** Print your parking pass when you print your tickets and have it on your dashboard. You can show your ticket and parking pass on your phone, but printing it out moves things along. VIP ticket holders will receive a wristband after going through Security. This is a change from previous years, no wristbands or parking passes will be mailed. If you have questions please contact us at 706-467-6000. ***If you have lost your ticket, please report to the OPAS Box Office Tent.
  • Can I buy tickets at the Festival?
    Tickets are available only online until noon on October 25, 2024. No tickets are available at the door. Upgrading to VIP at the event will be possible by paying the price difference. Go to the OPAS Box Office for information and to obtain your wristband.
  • What is the Shuttle Schedule?
    PLEASE NOTE: SHUTTLES RETURN YOU TO YOUR LOCATION AT THE END OF THE EVENT. THERE WILL BE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SPRINTER VANS AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY EARLY DEPARTURES. Shuttle Location : Lake Club * Departure Times: 4:15 PM 4:45 PM 5:15 PM Shuttle Location: Landing Clubhouse * Departure Times: 4:15 PM 4:45 PM Shuttle Location: Great Waters Clubhouse *& Harmony Crossing Departure Times: Great Waters Clubhouse: 4:00 PM Harmony Crossing: 4:30 PM Note: Great Waters Clubhouse and Harmony Crossing are on the same shuttle loop. You can be picked up at either location. Please note the departure time for both locations. * You must have Reynold's access to use these locations. Non-Reynolds member need to choose Harmony Crossing. As a reminder all onsite parking is complimentary. CARPOOLING IS ENCOURAGED AND MUCH APPRECIATED.   • Can I change my shuttle location?
    No. There are capacity limits for each bus at each location. Please board the bus at the time listed on your shuttle ticket. Call the OPAS office at 706-467-6000 if you would like to change transportation options and the Box Office can amend your order.
  • Can I drive my own car or be dropped off?
    There are several transportation and parking options. Arrange your transportation - You may arrange your transportation. Your driver will take you to the designated drop-off/pick up area. The private driver needs a pass to enter and re-enter. There will be no designated area for drivers to wait on site during the event. Limited Free Onsite Parking: Obtain your parking pass when you purchase your tickets. Onsite parking for a limited number of cars is available and is COMPLIMENTARY for all ticket holders. Have your parking pass on your dashboard to expedite ingress and egress. CARPOOLING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND APPRECIATED
  • What food options are available?
    For General Admission ticket holders, food will be available for purchase using a credit/debit card or your Reynold's member number. No Cash. VIP ticket holders have access to unlimited complimentary food truck offerings. As a common courtesy, please do not go in and out of the VIP area to provide food and drinks to your friends in the General Admission area.
  • I lost my parking pass. What should I do?
    Print your parking pass at home and place it on your dashboard. Parking passes are required for entrance. You can also show your phone to the security staff with your parking pass. If you arrive at the event without a parking pass, you will be directed to the Festival Ambassador to verify your purchase with ID to receive a replacement. Showing up without a parking pass will slow the process for everyone, so please be considerate and have your parking pass and tickets ready. Transportation companies or drivers dropping off guests will need a pass to enter. Print this when you print your tickets, or be prepared to show your phone at the gate to security, which will grant access.
  • I purchased a shuttle ticket, can I depart the concert early?
    There will be very limited early departures with priority given to medical emergencies. The could be long wait times for early departure. If you intend to depart early, we encourage you to consider private driver drop off/pick-up or complimentary onsite parking.
